greenboard technology is committed to providing the industry’s best carbon emission reporting solutions. The core of our business is working with clients to create the custom solutions they need to manage their corporate sustainability and supplier CO2 reduction initiatives. Our roots are buried deep in global data aggregation. Consolidating information from various sources on behalf of large enterprises has been a staple of our services since 1992. As combating global warming has become a corporate priority, we are thrilled to be able to focus our data aggregation experience on helping our customers manage and track their CO2 output and reduction initiatives. Through innovation and creativity we build 360 degree carbon emission reporting systems which allow companies to gain greater insight into their CO2 footprint and help them gravitate towards a zero emission signature.  

Individual Privacy:

greenboard technology, inc .respects individual privacy and values the confidentiality of their customers, employees, business partners and others. greenboard technology, inc. prides itself on upholding the highest ethical standards in its business practices. greenboard technology, inc. shall not knowingly allow the property of a Customer to be used for any purpose other than the Customer's processing, shall keep such Customer Proprietary Information confidential, and shall not disclose any such Customer Proprietary Information for any other purpose unless instructions are received in writing from an officer of the Customer. To help ensure and protect the confidentiality of a Customer's business and to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to a Customer's records, greenboard technology, inc. shall adhere to best practice security procedures. The Safe Harbor Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets forth the privacy principles that greenboard technology, inc. follows with respect to personal information transferred from the European Union (EU) to the United States.  

About Safe Harbor:

The United States Department of Commerce and the European Commission have agreed on a set of data protection principles and frequently asked questions (the "Safe Harbor Principles") to enable U.S. companies to satisfy the requirement under European Union law that adequate protection be given to personal information transferred from the EU to the United States. The EEA also has recognized the U.S. Safe Harbor as providing adequate data protection (OJ L 45, 15.2.2001, p.47). Consistent with its commitment to protect personal privacy, greenboard technology, inc. adheres to the Safe Harbor Principles.  

Definitions That Are Used:

For purposes of this Policy, the following definitions shall apply: "Personal information" means any information or set of information that identifies or is used by or on behalf of a Company to identify an individual. Personal information does not include information that is encoded or anonymyzed, or publicly available information that has not been combined with non‐public personal information. "Sensitive personal information" means personal information that reveals race, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, or that concerns an individual's health. In addition, greenboard technology, inc. will treat as sensitive personal information any information received from a third party where that third party treats and identifies the information as sensitive.  

Privacy Principles:

The privacy principles in this Policy are based on the Safe Harbor Principles. NOTICE: Where greenboard technology, inc. collects personal information directly from individuals in the EU, it will inform them about the type of personal information collected, the purposes for which it collects and uses the personal information, and the types of non‐agent third parties to which greenboard technology, inc. discloses or may disclose that information, and the choices and means, if any, greenboard technology, inc. offers individuals for limiting the use and disclosure of their personal information. Notice will be provided in clear and conspicuous language when individuals are first asked to provide personal information to greenboard technology, inc., or as soon as practicable thereafter, and in any event before greenboard technology, inc. uses or discloses the information for a purpose other than that for which it was originally collected. Where greenboard technology, inc. receives personal information from their subsidiaries, affiliates or other entities in the EU, they will use and disclose such information in accordance with the notices provided by such entities and the choices made by the individuals to whom such personal information relates.  

Our Commitment to Privacy:

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.  

Collection and Usage:

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the greenboard technology, inc. website. On some pages, you can enter in personal commute information, make requests, and register to receive information. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:   Name Address Email address Commute patterns Vehicle Data Travel Data We use the information you provide about yourself to determine your personal carbon footprint at it relates to the company you are employed. We do not share this information with outside parties. We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt‐out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.  

Data Integrity:

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by obtain a login and access password. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections. greenboard technology, inc. will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is relevant to its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.  

Access and Correction:

Upon request, greenboard technology, inc. will grant individuals reasonable access to personal information that it holds about them. In addition, greenboard technology, inc. will take reasonable steps to permit individuals to correct, amend, or delete information that is demonstrated to be inaccurate or incomplete.  

Security:

greenboard technology, inc. will take reasonable precautions to protect personal information in its possession from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.  

Enforcement:

Greenboard technology, inc. will conduct compliance audits of its relevant privacy practices to verify adherence to this Policy. Employees will be properly trained to adhere to these principles. Any employee that greenboard technology, inc. determines is in violation of this policy will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.  

Dispute Resolution:

Any questions or concerns regarding the use or disclosure of personal information should be directed to the greenboard technology, inc. Privacy Office at the address given below. greenboard technology, inc. will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the principles contained in this Policy. If we determine that any actions we have taken are in fact inconsistent with our Policy, we will immediately take appropriate steps to remedy the issue we may have caused. If we are unable to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the individual concerned, we agree to mediate the issue through the Judicial Arbitration & Mediation Service (JAMS).  

Limitation on Application of Principles:

Adherence by greenboard technology, inc. to these Safe Harbor Principles may be limited (a) to the extent required to respond to a legal or ethical obligation; and (b) to the extent expressly permitted by an applicable law, rule or regulation.
